Are you really available 24/7?
Yes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Burst pipes don't keep business hours, so neither do we.
Will I know what it costs before you start?
Yes. We look at the job, quote you a fixed price, and nothing begins until you've agreed to it. No hourly meter running while you watch.
What should I do while I wait?
For a burst pipe or a major leak, turn the water off at the mains — usually a tap at the front of the property near the meter. If water is anywhere near power points or the switchboard, don't touch it, and turn the power off at the board if it's safe to reach.
